other than that i have been going to la a alot lately and pretty much living out of my car on days i dont have school. oh yeah and we are making another shred dogz video that should be out by the end of the month....i should probably go work on that.

so chad and i have been working on the new shred dogz site. It is finally up and i think it is pretty sweet. i have my own section called the mystery box and am going to use that as kind of a blog/ place to show my photos to anyone that cares. the rest of the site is all skateboarding and is actully way better than my shitty little page so all of you should go check it out. i will probably post in there more so than here now becuase it sounds alot better saying i have to update my website rather than my livejournal....right?

i just finished reading "breakfast of champions" (thanks jessica) this is now the second vonnegut book i have read and was just wondering if anyone knew of any other good ones by him other than "slaughterhouse 5"?
in other news i have been working alot up at furnace and am pulling the work 5 days go to school 2 days a week thing. hopefully this will continue till the 27th when elyssa comes down and then i can take another break. it actully isnt too bad though because...well i work at a skateshop with all of my friends.
ps. i am going to see sigur ros on wendsday w/ my pops at the hollywood bowl.

so last night jim morrison and a naked indian came to me in a dream......they said "ben tommaro you will get a bike." so today i rode brandon's bike back to his house and then instead of walking home i decided to walk to the swap meet, but with a mission as big as this one i knew i was going to need a wing man. so i called up mr. frank connors and we treked out to the local swap meet. we searched for hours and nothing. finally i saw a brand new beach cruiser and asked the shady looking guy how much. he wanted 50 so i offered 30. he said no so i walked away. 3 isles later look who came crawling back. he said 40 i said 35 and now i am the proud owner of a new bike. it is probably stolen so i took off all the spanish decals.......pictures and bike rides coming soon.

well it has been quite a week since i have been home.....bewteen getting stuck in crossfire at the long beach towne center and seeing a fall farewell at a concentration camp full of militant 16 year olds i can honestly say that i miss berkeley.

well my 9 days in Berkeley is up tommarow......this fucking flew by. i get home tommarow around 9:30. there is this little place called the patio right across the street from elyssa's apartment and it is by far the coolest place ever.....imagine the hub but only serving fancy beer and all of that fancy beer being 1.50 a pint...plus chilie cheese fries where the plate is as big as elyssa. i have also been hanging out in oakland alot.....oakland is pretty much like long beach minus the nice parts of long beach. carlos taped me a copy of the new gris gris album tonight and it is pretty good so if any of you fucks want to hear it you have to sit in my car. hmmm what else....oh yeah since i have gotten in the habbit of drinking all day at the patio some time this week i want to have a BBQ at my place cause it is summer and all and there is carne to be eaten and beers to be drank.......in case you havent figured it out yet i am pretty drunk.......goodnight!

so i finally just made it back home from my little 3 day trip to long beach. much like corey webster going to hollywood from the valley for the summer in thrashin.
so far this summer has been pretty awesome.
*bike rides to the beach
*lots and lots of skateboarding
*katamare digatchi
*the party van
*causing some rukus w/ darrin
and now i leave on thursday for 9 days in berkeley!!!

so earlier today i went to go see the gris gris at cal state fullerton w/ nate......by far the best shows i have been to in a long time....
another added bonus was i clocked into the math lab at school before going and made it back in 1 hour and 57 min ( if i hit 2 hours it would have set it back to 0!)
also it is official....my grandma dumped her boyfriend of 17 years mohammed....(mortal enemey #1). i am soo fucking stoaked cause he is by far the biggest shit head i have ever met in my life.
and now elyssa flys in at 6:45 to stay w/ me for the weekend.
FUCK YES!

well i finished my paper and had my math test today so it looks like i can return to having a social life.
brandon and i had the interview with the city of cypress today and we got the job.....we are going to start a skateboarding class through the city and now it is up to us on how much we charge and when to do it.....hahahaha i still cant belive that the shred dogz are going to be teaching a class on how to skate....these kids are going to be learning some no complys.
ps, to whoever took the toyota emblem off the grill of my car i hope that your next shit is a porcupine.
